My Story

I didn't find Reiki —
Reiki found me.

Hi, I'm Paul, and honestly? I didn't find Reiki — Reiki found me.

In 2024 I was in the thick of it: navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and ADHD all at once. I was doing my best, but something was still missing. Then I experienced my first Reiki session, and something shifted. For the first time in a long time, I felt genuinely calm. At peace. Like I could breathe again.

That experience changed everything for me. I became so curious about how something so gentle could have such a profound effect that I decided to learn it myself — and I haven't looked back.

Training & Certification

Rooted in Wisdom & Heart

I trained under Lisa StarAhna of the Healing Light Training Center in Orem, Utah — a Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Master Instructor, Practitioner, and Mentor Teacher, Professionally Licensed through the International Center for Reiki Training. Lisa brings over 38 years of healing wisdom to her teaching, and her passion for this work is absolutely contagious.

I'm now a certified Usui Holy Fire Reiki I & II Practitioner by the International Center for Reiki Training and my whole heart is in this. But healing doesn't stop at my Reiki table — it's something I'm committed to in every corner of my life.

Healing in Every Element

I'm also a certified adaptive scuba diver and serve on the board of a non-profit that provides therapeutic, adaptive scuba experiences for people living with mental and physical challenges. I've seen firsthand how the right kind of healing experience can open doors that felt permanently closed.
